The brand new eCult Octane 112 electric bike is the result of collaboration of several Slovenian companies. At Cult d.o.o. we developed the frame and carefully selected all the components, Domel d.o.o. however, made sure that the bike has a modern and, above all, powerful and reliable motor unit. The Domel RS motor is fully developed in Slovenia and is powered by a battery, which is also the result of Slovenian knowledge.
We developed the bike with the user in mind, who wants to ride on a variety of surfaces, both on paved roads and on steep single-tracks, without fear of being stopped by the slope. This is due to two factors. Motor power, which offers an incredible 112Nm of torque and provides enough power even on the steepest slopes, and modern frame geometry, which ensures good power transfer to the surface, low center of gravity and good riding characteristics on both ascents and demanding descents. The entire package is rounded off by a battery, which is integrated into the down tube of the frame and offers as much as 672Wh of capacity

A set of components ensures a comfortable ride for the eCult. First, one can notice the large, 29-inch rims, which are shod in 2.6˝ (66mm) wide Vittoria Mezcal tires that offer a lot of comfort, grip, and good transfer of the power to the surface. The Marzocchi Z2 forks are specially designed for use on “heavier” e-bikes. With a 120mm stroke and an air spring, they offer the possibility of precise suspension adjustment for each individual and thus maximum suspension operation in all conditions.
The heart of each e-bike is the powertrain, which consists of a motor, battery, and control panel on the handlebar. eCult also surprises with this. Domel RS motor fascinates with numbers. 48V, 250W and 112Nm of torque!
The biggest surprise is seen on the ride due to stunning performance, incredible responsiveness, and brutal power with the otherwise pleasant sound of the engine, which, so to speak, “purrs” during its operation. The detachable battery, which is integrated in the downtube of the frame with a capacity of 660Wh, ensures that the bike can be enjoyed for as long as possible.
The entire system operates on a 48V circuit, which keeps it at a lower operating temperature and thus ensures longer battery and electronics life.
The Sigma EOX R500 control panel, mounted on the handlebar, provides the user with all the necessary functions for easy operation of motor assistance.
If the user wants more data, he simply connects the bike to the phone via a Bluetooth connection and downloads the Sigma EOX app.

The user can also buy a Sigma V1300 screen, which is compatible with the EOX R500 control panel. It replaces the use of a phone, and, in addition to the already listed options, also offers a navigation option.
The Sigma EOX R500 control panel also has a light on / off function (cable and lights are not included).
Despite the high torque offered by the Domel RS motor itself, the bike is equipped with a 12-speed system that offers a gear ratio of 36 x 11/51 teeth. This is enough to be able to “climb” most of the ascents without or with minimal engine support.
Brakes are a vital component of every bike. E-bikes, on the other hand, require an even more powerful braking system. The eCult will not let you down, as it is equipped with a state-of-the-art Formula Cura braking system with 180mm (front) and 160mm (rear) rotors.
The driving characteristics of each bike are the total result of all components and frame geometry. Therefore, we can say that the eCult offers excellent driving characteristics both on ascents, flats, and on descents.
