Carbon frames
Carbon is now commonly used material in high range of mountain and road bikes. There are several reasons for the use:
- Carbon enables forming of tubes that can handle extreme stress, are light and look great. Quality of the frame is together with shape also determined by density of the carbon textile and direction of fibers.
- When designed correctly carbon enables great comfort during the ride since it can eliminate bumps from the ground. Ride is smoother, controlled and safe (for this reason almost all of the road bikes use carbon forks).
- Life spam of carbon can be longer as with aluminum when build and treated correctly.
There are three carbon frames in the Cult catalogue: Black Gold, Peleton and Tornado. They are all build for competitors and riders with a lot of passion for sport cycling. They are all light, handle great and look attractive. Black Gold and Peleton have monocoque main frame, while Tornado uses Matrix technology (fusion of aluminum and carbon).

Matrix: section of Matrix tube – inner tube is made out of aluminum, outer layer is carbon.
